This Administrative Assistant position will act as a utility player to directly support tw! o direct reports of our U.S. Life CFO, as well as indirect and! general support for their teams totaling approximately 75 employees. Position will coordinate many activities for group as well as one-off requests as they arise.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate calendar/scheduling with staff and other constituents (including interview schedules and conference rooms)
- Coordinate large team meetings via on-site, video and teleconferencing.
- Proactively manage communication and information flow for/with USLI Controllership and Annuities Finance Teams.
- Manage purchase requisitions, accounts payable submissions/research and payments/reconciliation with departmental needs
- Organize T&L processing and travel arrangements.
- Work closely with other Administrative Assistants, providing back up and/or support on phone coverage and other daily activities, specifically to the Sr Admin for the CFO.
- Manage other special ! projects and assignments as assigned.
- Strong communication skills, confidence and professional presence
- Minimum of 5 years administrative experience
- Exceptional PowerPoint, Word and Excel skills
- Extremely High level of attention to detail and follow-up required
- Superior organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities, strong prioritization abilities
- Proactive and professional approach, proven good judgment, creative problem solving
- Highest level of integrity - ensure security of confidential information - discretion and confidentiality required
- Strong written communication and proofreading skills
- Ability to be extremely adaptable and flexible
- Previous Financial Experience
- Associate's degree in secretarial science or related discipline
