The District Operations Supervisor is responsible for supportin! g the Field Operations Manager (FOM) and District Service Management Team through customer relations, audit and administrative assistance. The District Operations Supervisor is the key associate relied upon by the AOM to handle all operational issues of the service unit in his/her absence.

This position is a Full Time, Entry-Level, Hourly opportunity starting at $19.00 an hour. Please send salary requirement with resume

Responsibilities:

  • Leads the district support office in executing business requirements, ensures consistent operational execution of business processes and priorities, communicates expectations, distributes work load and provides input on the performance review of other office clerical associates to the Field Operations Manager
  • Leads and works with the team of clerical associates who: answer incoming telephone calls from customers, technicians and business partners, make outbound calls, and work the database of c! ustomer and service records for aging orders and textual inqui! ries; intervenes where necessary to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability
  • Works daily transaction reports for proper accounting of the book value of inventory, receives reports of missing or damaged inventory, and makes accounting adjustments as needed
  • Responds to priority customer escalations that come from the Better Business Bureau, Attorney General, Home Services Quality Assurance, Blue Ribbon or other internal or external customer advocates; and makes resolution decisions that balance customer satisfaction with financial responsibility, including the issuance of refunds, gift cards or other concessions.
  • Audits business unit procurement expenditures and practices including credit cards issued to technicians, reclassifies expenses into appropriate accounts as necessary, prepares invoices received locally for management approval and processes them for payment.
  • Serves as service unit liaison for the National Support Center, Nati! onal Accounting Center, National Claims Center regarding the collection of audit detail, the integrity of data and the processing of claims for service work performed on behalf of original equipment manufacturers, third party administrators and retail partners.
  • Orders, distributes, warehouses and controls expenditures of technician uniforms, identification badges and other technical and operational supplies.
  • Sets and publishes the schedule for other support associates, utilizing the scheduling and timekeeping system (Red Prairie); reports to the Field Operations Manager any discrepancies in timekeeping compliance or other attendance behavior.
  • Provides audit detail, performance measurements, customer feedback, compliance and other reports to Technical Managers for the coaching and correction of technician behavior.

JOB SUMMARY:

Job Description

ESSENTIAL HR FUNCTIONS:
Coordinate employee group

Edit and distribute
quarterly property newsletter.

coworkers and employees.

Must be available and
willing to answer employee questions and assist in employee issues at all
times.

ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTING

FUNCTIONS:
Reviewing of payroll records
before paychecks are distributed.

Process and mail out year-end
1099s.

Accumulate process and
distribute information related to labor forecasting / scheduling system.

Maintain a good working
relationship with all Departments.

Oversee the gathering of
bi-weekly payroll summaries and transmitting in bi-weekly payroll to ADP every
other Wednesday ensuring accuracy.

Review monthly payroll
invoices prior to being sent to ownership for funding.

Manage that payroll is
processed and paychecks distributed in accurate and timely manner.

Prepare and s! end monthly
journal entry reports to Home Office liaison for prepar! ation of monthly
P&L’s.

Review monthly income
statements for accuracy prior to presenting to GM.

Communicate in a cordial,
timely and accurate manner with accounting liaisons at Home Office.

MARGINAL FUNCTIONS:
To assist other departments
as required.

Attend weekly Staff meetings
periodically.

Will perform additional duties as requested by
the General Manager.

The District Sales Manager will manage a sales territory through several key activities:

  • Calling on NAPA Stores and their respective customers informing them of sales promotions and sales opportunities.
  • Educating and training customers on electrical systems, and engine management products.
  • Participa! ting in tool shows and demonstrating products to customers and! potential customers.
  • Working with the local independent NAPA Stores to identify prospects and develop them into valued cusomers.
  • Developing successful sales programs for the NAPA Distribution Center local market area.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent sales/marketing experience.
3-5 years of previous selling experience.
ASE A6, A8 and P2 certification desired.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills preferred.
Daily and some overnight travel required.

The District Loss Prevention Manager is responsible for:

Operations and Human Resources partners.* Implement, coordinate, and manage all aspects of the Loss Prevention function as directed.* Work with district and store management to identify priorities and develop appropriate shrinkage reduction strategies.* Take part in or lead teaching, training and developing loss prevention, operational, safety and new store related topics.* Schedule and conduct required loss prevention, firearms, operations and safety related audits.* Direct physical inventory preparation, execution and variance research processes.* Support the Inventory Control department in audit capacity during physical inventories.* Proactively monitor controls and conduct local and remote surveillance to identify possible dishonest activity - internal and external.* Utilize POS exception reporting tool to identify and react to suspicious activity and training opportunities.* Respond to and investigate all instances of reported and suspected associate dishonesty and co! nduct integrity and witness interviews as needed.* Effectively network to investigate and address (ORT) Organized Retail Theft.* Work with stores and distribution centers to resolve issues that involve the flow of goods.* Complete new store security alarm, CCTV system reviews and provide appropriate system sign-offs for alarm vendor.* Support special events and emergencies which may include providing or supplementing security converge or coordinating contract services.
Minimum Requirements
  • Seven years of Loss Prevention experience or related retail experience with at least three years in a multi-unit environment.* Interview/Interrogation training and practical skills (Wicklander- Zulawski preferred)* 4 year college degree or equivalent experience preferred* Posses a valid driver's license* Successfully pass comprehensive criminal background and motor vehicle checks

Essential Skills and Experience:
Registered Nurse with current state licensure
Clinical experience in applicable nursing specialty field (i.e. occupational health, rehabilitation, orthopedics, home care, emergency)
Expert knowledge of utilization review process, me! dical bill review and/or medical case management
Management skills ! a plus
Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team environment
Strong analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills
Effective interpersonal communication and writing skills
Organization skills with regard to time management, task prioritization, and integration of information from a variety of sources
Ability to determine and meet internal and external customer needs
Word processing skills
Knowledge of technical materials, rules, procedures or facts required to effectively perform the role such as : utilization criteria (ODG, MA DIA Guidelines, Rhode Island Guidelines, etc.), medical coding mechanisms( ICD-9 CM, CPT-4, DSM-IV), case management standards of practice, state workers' compensation and personal injury protection (PIP) regulations
Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment
PC/ Keyboard skills
