This position manages HR Services for the University, supervising the HR Consultants and the Manager of HR Operations. Provides Human Resources l! eadership, guidance, and expertise to a team of HR Consultants, HR Service Center(s) and HR Operations as they provide comprehensive HR services to customers. Primary HR functional duties include: -Consultation and leadership for faculty and staff programs of position classification, compensation management, and the development of agency-specific compensation projects and plans; -Position allocation reviews; -Organizational development studies; -HRIS leadership and consultation in the areas of compensation and HR operations; -Classification and compensation training for staff and customers. Provides oversight to the recruitment and selection function, HR Service Center(s) and HR Operations.
Encourages process improvement and automation for all areas of HR Services.
