- We prefer candidates with US citizenship or GC ! or EAD first before we hire H1B’s. Salary range for these roles are 70-80K base including CCA plus 10% to 12% bonus (QPLC)..
- Ideal candidates would have 8+ years of experience as Business Analyst of which the last 5+ years should have been in a bank or financial services company.. The projects must have been executed in Tier 1 or Tier 2 banks. Experience in smaller banks will be considered â€" if the project is correspondingly complex.
- Experience gathering requirements for banking data warehousing engagements
- Extensive expertise in use case writing and use case modeling
- Experience in documenting process flows using tools like Visio
- Experience in one or more Requirement Management Tools (like of Requisite Pro/ DOORS / Caliber RM)
