Genesys IVR Developer
for a position at
Richmond, VA
Must Have Skills:
Must have experience in Genesys Framework
Ex! perience in IVR Applications
Good understanding & Knowledge of Genesys voice platform (GVP)
Experience in integrating IVR with back-end systems and CTI Environments
Experience in Java/J2ee, VXML and Object oriented design
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
