ALSTOM is currently recruiting for a
Business Process Integration Manager
to join our team located in Richmond, Virginia. This position does not require the selected candidate to relocate and will require 30-50% travel.
This position drives the process of helping Alstom Business Units optimize their value and use of the PowerMax solution by providing guidance on business operating models including end-to-end business process definition, alignment as well as supporting work-flows and data completeness across PowerMax and its connected business systems. The intended results include financial, operational and strategic improvements in product and service delivery, customer experience, operational efficiencies and improved metrics for continuous improvement. Requires working across all levels of the Alstom organization! including interaction with business unit and functional area ! senior leadership, as well as subject matter experts in the execution of the identified improvements.
Accountabilities - Relationship Management
- Partner with business stakeholders and drive detailed business process solution design
models and capabilities, end-to-end business processes, supporting data quality, and ways
in which PowerMax is being used.
- Liaise with Business Partners to ensure PowerMax solution meets current and strategic
- Support Business Units in the identification of business issues and their root-causes from the
- Define tangible and intangible benefits to properly justify PMx Continuous Improvement
- Ensure end-2-end process consistency and effe! ctiveness across all applicable SAP modules
- Challenge Business Units on the best ways to use the PowerMax solution in line with Good
- Interact with senior management or executive levels on matters concerning several functional
- Liaise with the PMx Central Team and governance to ensure correctness, consistency,
- Ensure, with business partners, that project benefits are tracked, realized, and reported.
- Perform high-level analysis of Business Unit business processes and requirements to produce
- Support the scoping and initiation of Continuous Improvement projects.
- Across the PowerMax modules, drive end-to-end process mapping, data flow and scenario design documentation to ensure correctness,
- Partner with Functional Process Managers / Experts to ensure detailed business process
- Provide direction to Conference Room Pilots to ensure business requirements and desired
- Ensure Functional Design Documentation outlines desired business requirements, supports
- Drive development of integration test scenarios
- Provide direction Testing, To-Be Process mapping, and training documentation. Deliver artifacts
- Support or lead Data Migration / Cutover activities, as required.
- Confirm customer acceptance of PMx solution and business process
- Execution and completion of assigne! d work-packages according to methodology
- Communicate project timelines, milestones and progress to the business stakeholders
- Ensure the project team correctly integrates all cross-functional topics into their results
- Promote industry and internal best practices as well as alignment with the global processes.
- Promote business models, processes, and value chain solutions in line with the PowerMax
- Drive Project Quality and Outcomes
- Bachelorâs degree required or a combination of education and experience will be considered
- 10+ years of experience across business operations, business process management,
- 15+ years of functional expertise in multiple ! SAP modules is required
- The successful candidate must be an experienced business leader, highly skilled, motivated,
- Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced, matrix environment, deliver quickly and adapt to
- Strong leadership and influencing skills
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication and mentoring skills
- Ability to cultivate strong collaborative working relationships and contacts within work group,
- Experience having participated in leading large, complex, cross functional projects
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to travel both domestically and internationally
