Current Need
This position is responsible for oversight of all of the data needed to support the integration of approximately 40 sets of customer and distribution ! center integrations over the next 3 years. This data is contai! ned in multiple areas within multiple data warehouses and operating systems and contains product, customer, inventory, vendor and other datasets. The key functions will be to coordinate, consolidate and disseminate all of the information required by the many functional area stakeholders that are part of the acquisition process.
The role will be responsible for project management of both Primary Care and Extended Care data work streams. The position will manage a team of 3-4 integration analysts and senior analysts who will function as the core data stewards for the integration of PSS into the core McKesson business. The candidate will be responsible for giving communication updates and progress reporting to senior management on a regular basis. Responsibility will also include close daily interaction with key business functional leads to insure that the needed information is flowing to and from those areas in a controlled, timely manner.
The position will report thr! ough into the director of Product Strategy, with dotted line responsibility to the IMO office and will directly support the needs of the Primary Care and Extended Care IMO Project directors. It is important that candidate have solid knowledge of internal PSS / McKesson data stores and functional processes and superb communication and project mgmt skills.
Location: Richmond, VA or Jacksonville, FL.

Minimum Requirements
5+ years experience in project management
2+ years managerial experience.

Working under limited supervision, a Waste Management truck technician performs preventative maintenance, runs inspections, diagnostics tests, and repairs a variety of vehicles and equipment. Our truck technicians utilize computer diagnostics and work with fleet maintenance software programs to document part usage, account for repair time, and more.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The team atmosphere we mentioned above is critical to the success of our shops! Our technicians work closely with operations, and may be called upon to make road calls and assist i! n emergency situations on a route. Waste Management technician! s pride themselves on doing the work right the first time and we look for this same sense of personal ownership of work when considering new members for our team. We also offer on-the-job training and encourage continuous learning and higher education to keep skills up to date.

There may be the opportunity for overtime, as well as weekend and/or holiday work. Since our technicians are working with heavy equipment in a shop environment, it is required that they be able to push, pull, drag, and lift items up to 50 pounds, and occasionally must work at shoulder level with equipment weighing up to 25 pounds. Technicians are expected to obtain a CDL license within 6 months of hire.

PDS Tech is seeking a Customer Service Specialist for an open position in Richmond, VA.

DVP DSMII is a statewide ene! rgy efficiency rebate program in the state of
Virginia. Rebates are offered for a variety of energy saving measures installed
both residentially and commercially.

The Customer Service Specialist will work in the Central Virginia Office in
Richmond, VA. The responsibilities of this job consist of the following (but not

limited to):
Data Entry, QC and QA of rebate applications

Provide customer service to DVP customers and contractors which includes:

Thorough knowledge of the programs

Ability to identify account/rebate
issues and resolve with rebate center and Program Coordinators in a timely
manner

Answer customer inquiries and conduct phone transfers to desired
contractor

Schedule contractor appointments for ongoing programs

Routing and Scheduling for QA inspections

General office administrative
duties

Qualifications

High school diploma/GE! D required. Must be verified through the institution or
a ! copy of the certificate must be on file

Experience with Routing
(desired)

Experience with scheduling (desired)

Call Center
experience (plus)

HVAC or Home Auditing experience/working knowledge
(plus)

Previous extensive customer service experience (required)

Proven ability to work in a dynamic team environment

Initiates or suggests
plans to improve overall project quality.

Flexibility in

schedule and
availability is a must

Possible overtime and weekends

Clean driving
record

Additional requirements:
Strong Attention to detail

Intermediate computer skills

Microsoft word, excel, and outlook

Strong written and verbal communication skills

This position may require you to submit to and pass a drug test and/or background check.

If this is a hands-on position, you may also be required to pass a safe! ty and productivity examination.
