Researching and reporting organizational and industry trends to team and senior leadership
Enhancing reporting capabilities for the Compliance Ch! ampion network and AGDC Compliance (Compliance Champion Scorecard)
Developing and delivering bi-annual Compliance Challenges
Enhancing compliance reward and recognition infrastructure
Developing and delivering tools to improve responsible in-field execution
Leading and reporting insights from periodic focus groups
Testing and deploying system based compliance training
Specific Skills
Qualifications include:
Bachelor's degree required
Strong understanding of compliance regulations and business ethics
Strong knowledge of research, data collection and reporting systems
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Technical skills to improve computer system infrastructure preferred
Instructional training design knowledge preferredSales and account management experience preferred
Relevant compliance or ethics discipline experience preferred
