Responsibilities :
- C ompletes credit and financial analysis and confirms the validity of risk ratings
- E valuate s and recommend s new credit requests including valuation analysis, peer group comparables, impact modeling and assessment s of pricing/return s
- Validates reviews and renewals, and responds to exceptions
- Ne gotiates deal terms with Relationship Manager, client and credit approver
- M onitors performance and trends of assigned portfolios
- I dentifies emerging risk issues with clients and develops remediation plans
- Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- An i n-depth understanding of accounting and finance, financial statement and cash flow analysis
- 5+ years’ experience in financial anal! ysis, loan structuring, underwriting or portfolio administrati! on
- 5+ years’ experience in commercial banking preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
