Position: Claims Loss Analyst
Location: Richmond, VA
Job Description/Skills required:
Must have the required experience. Claims Loss Analyst will provide QC, QA and Audit results, including root cause analysis to the Claims Managers. Handles escalated day-to-day operational and systems issues. Responsible for quality of work. Required: QA, QC or Audit, negotiation skills, ability to manage multiple independent priorities, caseload / portfolio analysis, ability to influence others. Required: At least 5 years of relevant experience in addition to 5 years of experience related to accounts receivable, loan servicing, or related field. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related field strongly preferred. The successful candidate may possess a background in loan servicing, accounts receivable, or mortgage originations. Experience in caseload management in an extremely fast paced environment. Previous supervi! sory experience strongly preferred. Must be eligible to manage! or perform loan origination or servicing functions under Mortgage Investor or government agency guideline requirements.
