Minimum Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. Three (3) years experience in a human resource support role
3. Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer software applications such as MS
Office products, with emphasis on word processing, database, and spreadsheet
applications
4. Excellent oral/written communication skills
5. Ability to interact with all levels of management
Responsibilities:
1. Serves as focal point for administration, authorization and processing of the
leave of absence program and maintains a database for tracking and trend
analysis.
2. Interacts with managers to secure terminated employee files, change forms and
all necessary information in order to process the termination to meet payroll
deadlines.
3. Responds to questions and requests regarding Human Sy! stems policies and
procedures, benefit programs, and refer! s to the appropriate source for
resolution.
4. Responds to unemployment claims by completing the ?Notice of Claim and
Request for Separation Information? forms, provides personnel file documentation
and supporting policies and procedures. Coordinates the scheduling of the
Corporation?s representatives to attend or participate in upcoming hearings,
reschedules hearings as necessary and submits requests for appeals.
5. Performs administrative support as directed for Employee Relations to include
ordering office supplies, equipment maintenance, distribution of incoming mail,
bill processing, subpoenas, etc.
6. Creates and maintains filing systems for required HS paperwork and terminated
personnel files in accordance with record retention guidelines and regulatory
compliance.
7. Coordinates robbery counseling assistance.
8. Tracks Employee Relations budget, including research and resolution of
! discrepancies.
9. May serve as back-up for the administration of system wide programs
including, but not limited to: AVA screening, TAP Teller screening, drug
screening, background checks and fingerprinting.
10. Performs other duties as assigned.
