The main customers are airlines, principally in North America and Europe. Both brands are wholly owned subsidiaries of gategroup Holding AG, which is publicly listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange. gategroup’s portfolio of 10 brands integrates the world-class competencies of different companies in three major areas â€Â" catering and hospitality, airport handling and logistics, and in-flight solutions.
The Manager Operations, Order Management and Distribution is responsible for Warehouse to End User product and order management in regards to 3rd party warehouse operations, outbound, order processing, operational disruptions, End User communications, and order confirmation and receipts. This position is also responsible for the management and coordination of the station provisioning function, by ensuring all related service levels and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are achieved.Â
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Work Experience:!
5+ years experience in supply chain management 1+ years c! ustomer service experience Experience within the airline industry preferred Â
Job Skills:
Advanced capabilities with Microsoft Excel, Word and Access Excellent analytical skills and problem solving skills Must be detail orientated Capable to organize time, prioritize responsibilities and multi-task Proficient Internet skills/website maneuvering Must work well in an ever changing environment Desire to learn and understand business requirements
Communication Skills:
Strong written and verbal skills Strong interpersonal skills; must interact well with multiple departments Multi-lingual a plus
