Support Enforcement Specialists establish and sustain helping relationships with parents who have payment obligations as well as parents who depend on those payments.

The Support Enforcement Specialist Senior serves as lead program agent for assigned child support cases. Duties may include, but are not limited to locating non-custodial parents; establishing paternity; determining and assessing child support obligations and health care coverage; and ensuring compliance of child and/or medical support orders through a number of administrative and judicial enforcement actions. Incumbent will also manage cases using administrative processes when possible, and provide testimony in court proceedings when required.

Minimum Qualifications

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Comprehensive knowledge of the Child Support Enforcement program regulations, laws, poli! cies and procedures; knowledge of debt collection procedures o! r techniques; knowledge of information collection and analysis techniques; ability to interpret and apply regulations, laws, policies and procedures; ability to manage a large caseload; ability to analyze and interpret records, documents, reports, etc.; ability to interact with the general public and a diverse audience with a demonstrated skill in working effectively with difficult/hostile individuals to resolve problems; ability to work independently, plan, organize, and handle multiple priorities. Skills in the following areas: obtaining and assessing information through interviewing; utilizing various techniques to locate addresses, employment, assets, and other information; effective oral and written communication; and skill in the use of a personal computer, and automated information systems.

Preferred Qualifications

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with course work in business or public admini! stration, accounting, social work or in a field related to regulatory administration preferred. An equivalent combination of training and experience may substitute for education.

Working experience with collection of delinquent financial accounts, to include activities such as skip tracing, payment arrangements and recovery preferred.

Working experience as a Child Support Enforcement Specialist in Virginia or another state preferred.

Working experience providing technical guidance and/or conducting training preferred.

Special Requirements

BACKGROUND INVESTIGATION: Employment with VDSS will be contingent upon completion of a background investigation that includes a criminal history check, employment verification, and previous supervisor/reference checks.

Provides specialized pedestrian and traffic control services in connection with ceremonies, parades, emergency situations, and similar events.

Position Requirements

:

Education:
Prefer completion of high school or equivalent. Ability to read, interpret and explain to others operational directives (e.g., merchandise schematics, etc).

Experience:
Prefer store management experience in retail, grocery or drug store environments.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs. (and occasionally, up to 55 lbs.) from floor level to above shoulder height; must be able to meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulli! ng, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Th! e Position:
As Maintenance Manager/Planner, you will r! eport to the operations manager. RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Screens, examines and evaluates patients, including history, systems review, and application of appropriate tests and measures, synthesis information and interprets examination findings in order to establish a diagnosis, identify impairments, determine the predicted level of improvement and the time required to achieve it, identify precautions/contraindications and design and plan of care. Develops appropriate treatment goals and methods in collaboration with the patient and caregivers, implements the speech language pathology treatment plan, and completes all related documentation and record keeping regarding these services. Services application! of therapeutic techniques in areas such as: cognitive-communication; speech intelligibility; oral motor skills; swallowing disorders/dysphagia; perceptual abilities; orientation; memory; pragmatics; psychosocial expression; and/or functional communication.
2. Attends and contributes to patient care, staffing conferences and other related meetings.
3. Supervises of Clinical Fellows (CFYs), temporary licensees, students and support personnel in accordance with state licensure requirements and professional standards, as appropriate.
4. Coordinates the acquisition of adaptive communication devices and instructs patients in their use.
5. Facilitates identification of hearing deficits and appropriately refers for assessment, diagnosis, rehabilitation and/or personal amplification.
6. Puts Patient Service first, ensuring that residents and families receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere which recognizes the individualรข€! ™s needs and rights.

Qualifications :Q! UALIFICATIONS:

Job Summary

Monitors driver and laborer time and attendance, minimizing overtime and ensuring that drivers do not exceed limits established by regulatory agencies (e.g., 60 hour rule).

Reviews weekly demand / volume for routes, determines potential gains from re-routing, and recommends re-routes to the routing specialist.

Sets and monitors productivity, service, and safety targets for each route and driver.

Assists with data collection and reporting required for incentive pay programs.

Promotes a union free atmosphere and where appropriate, establishes collaborative relations with unions.

Works with functional groups to resolve employee relations and labor relations issues.

Acquires and coordinates temporary workers assigned to assist drivers on routes.

Ensures that drivers comply with physicals, drug or alcohol tests, and training required by regulatory agencies.
Conducts Root Cause Investigations for all injuries and incidents, ensuring consistent discipline and retraining.

Visits customers and customer sites to evaluate and resolve safety issues, seeking service alternatives where appropriate.

Establishes and maintains a clean, safe work environment in compliance with Company/Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards.

Documents problem fixes and provides instructions to dispatch/service should problems recur.

Communicates and follows-up on sales opportunities, problems at customer site, DVIR repairs, container swaps, and safety issues reported by drivers.

Notifies customer service of delivery days for specific areas.

Ensures set-up errors and missed pickups are reported and resolved.

Documents and maintains records required by regulatory agencies such as the Department of Transportation.

Reviews and audits documentation related to route ! operations on a daily basis (e.g., DVIRs, driver time and attendance, o! pen tickets), following-up where appropriate.

This job has supervisory responsibilities for Drivers assigned to the position. This includes responsibility for employee performance reviews and feedback, scheduling time off, employee grievances or complaints, pay changes and job responsibilities.

Outpatient Services Coordinator Team Lead

Location: Richmond, Virginia

Description: Shared Services - Richmond is presently looking of Outpatient Services Coordinator Team Lead right now, this occupation will be presented in Virginia. For detail informations about this occupation opportunity kindly read the description below. Outpatient Service Coordinator Team Lead

Hours : M-F, 8:30am to 5:00pm

Open to internal candidates at this ti! me, only.

GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES

  • Job Duties will be assigned at the discretion of the department manager and/or director. In addition to the daily coordinator responsibilities the Team Lead may be asked to assist with department activities, follow up on patient issues, oversee the daily tracking of accounts through to completion and provide coverage to the department when the manager is unavailable.
DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Assists with continual training and communication with existing employees and new hires.

Assists with employee evaluations and performs quality checks of work.

Complete payroll responsibilities for employees within the department.

Contacts patients via telephone in a timely and professional manner based on referrals received from Physician office(s)

Schedules patients for the services ordered through the Meditech scheduling module

Select accurat! e insurance carrier plans and informs the patient or physician! office staff of any carrier that is out of network or of any carrier that may result in a decrease on benefits

Inform the physician office staff or patient of any testing requirements according to the instructions and queries in the scheduling module

Ensure that any edits performed in the scheduling module are also duplicated in the admissions module

Pre-register patient according to PTAC.001 policy and procedure

Work closely with the physician office staff to ensure that precert/authorization numbers are obtained prior to the date of service

Select the correct patient medical record number consistently

Maintain open communication with the registration staff regarding those unscheduled patients presenting for services to ensure appropriate testing is performed and times are available

Maintain excellent records and provide daily / timely feedback to Physician office(s)

Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required

Previous Supervisory experience strongly preferred

At least 1 year of customer service experience required, preferably in medical office or healthcare environment.
