The successful candida! te will be responsible for the development of innovative products from concept through production.
Responsibilities of this position include:
Lead and mentor the mechanical engineering team
Refine the product development process for excellence in design, quality, and manufacturability
Conceive and design futuristic concepts for products
Design, build and test prototypes
Improve existing products for performance, cost and ease of assembly
Source components for new and existing products
Plan, schedule and execute projects
Troubleshoot and support customer machines as required
Work with software, electrical engineers to produce successful products
Reports to Director of Engineering
