A great opportunity exists for a healthcare professional with quality management experience to work for our client, a quality improvement organ! ization. The Quality Improvement Consultant is responsible for development, implementation, coordination and evaluation of quality improvement (QI) interventions that impact compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards. The Quality Improvement Consultant will drive quality improvement processes to meet organizational goals.

Job Duties include, but not limited to:
Conduct workflow analysis and define optimization strategies to implement/improve the Quality Improvement Program.
Develop and analyze key metrics to enable development of recommendations regarding clinical and service improvements.
Serves as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Quality Improvement (QI) processes (i.e., Six Sigma, PDCA) in a healthcare setting
Familiar with LEAN Process in a healthcare setting
Knowledge and Ability to organization results of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) compared to targets
Develops and implements presentations to external and interna! l audiences.

Bachelors Degree in healthcare-related f! ield required. Masters Degree preferred.
Registered Nurse preferred.
Five (5) years of experience in healthcare, quality improvement processes.
Prior project management experience.
Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) preferred
Strong quantitative, qualitative and analytical skills experience
