Utility Line Clearance Climbers/Trimmers

Location: Richmond, Virginia

Description: The Davey Tree Expert Company is hiring Utility Line Clearance Climbers/Trimmers right now, this vacancy will be delegated in Virginia. Davey Tree -a leader in tree care and line clearing throughout the US and Canada has opportunities for qualified trimmers and foremen. We are seeking Utility Line Clearance Climbers & Trimmers for major electic utility operations. Come join AmericaÂ's oldest and largest Employee-owned horticultural firm.

DUTIES:

• Providing line clearing and tree trimming for major electric utility provider.
• Tree Trimmer as part of crew with supporting Groundmen & Crew Foreman.
• Crew Foreman positions available based upon experience and qualifications.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bi-Lingual, English-Spanish a major plus
• 1-2 years treecare experience, and/or line clearing desired
• 1-2 years experience with climbing and rigging
• Experience in utility tree trimming, pruning, removals preferred, but Will Train
• Valid DriverÂ'! s License needed
• Class B Commercial DriverÂ's License! (CDL) with Air Brakes a major plus

COMPENSATION:

• Excellent Pay Rate per hour, plus overtime, based upon qualifications and experience.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Full time positions. Excellent benefits.
