The ETTAPS (Exam Tools and Policies) Assistant provides operational support for the ETTAPS unit by ensuring that Community and Regional policies and procedures are updated and a! ccessible, by coordinating resources regarding the piloting and implementation of new automated tools, by assisting in training efforts and the onboarding of new hires, and by researching information for input into various metric reports.

Policies, Duties, and Responsibilities :
Policies, guida! nce, and templates:
- Reviews and collects info! rmation from external sources and internal process maps to assist ETTAP Policy Analyst
- Participates in assessing and revising core documents to ensure they are current and meet System requirements
- Maintains SharePoint database and C&R website to ensure obsolete items are taken down and revisions are posted
- Oversees the process for follow-up on revision/approval due dates for policies, procedures, and guidance.
- Maintains the list of ongoing C&R projects and committees
- Conducts and/or assists on C&R quality control reviews
- Works with ETTAP Exam Tool Senior Analyst and âChange Championsâ to coordinate piloting and roll out of new
- Gathers and analyzes feedback for improvements t! o proposed System tools
- Liaison to Report Processing Unit for IntraLinks in handling submission of pre-exam bank documents
- Assists with the processing of ALERT and sampling for upcoming examinations
- Tracks and locates missing elements and dates needed for various MIS reports, including the Rainbow Report
- Audits NED data biweekly to ensure data integrity and compliance with System and department requirements.
- Works with OSD and SMEs to coordinate Boot Camp annual calendar and class schedule
- Participates in the development and maintenance of other onboarding and/or needed training programs, such as
- Reviews and analyzes necessary changes to content and materials for Boot Camp & other ETTAP training sessions
- Tracks C&R new hire progress through tailored onboarding programs
- Acts as Liaison for C&R new hire âBuddy Pr! ogramâ (in process with LEAD)
- Coordinates C&R Only Training ! Days with AVPs and ETTAP staff
- Coordinates C&R Rapid Response âMandatory for Allâ decision with VPs
- Maintains database to track âMandatory for Allâ attendees
- Gatekeeper for ETTAP SharePoint administration and organization
- Collects information from officers and posts to the C&R Calendar
- Oversees E-Action mailbox to include: analysis of received documents; distribution to appropriate officers/analysts;
- Oversees the reply tracking database to ensure distribution, timeliness, and posting
- Conducts annual iTracks quality control validation
- Conducts and/or assists on other C&R quality control reviews
- Determines correct NED forms for examinations and completes initial data input on forms; completes final form after completion of examination - Ad hoc ETTAP projects/assignments
- Handles other operational an! d administrative tasks as requested
Required: Experienced professional with a minimum of 3-5 years of business experience
Preferred: Bachelorâs degree with emphasis in finance, Economics, Business, Accounting or related field
