Responsibilities
Tactical and professional development of Sales/Care/team members/leaders, design and delivery of content and execution of training requirements to support a positive customer experience at nTelos Wireless.
Plan, coordinate, facilitate, and execute identified learning objectives to support nTelos products and services, professional & leaders! hip development, through observations, training, feedback, tra! cking, and measuring ROI of development/deployment strategies.
Act as vendor liaison to build resources and provide support to organizational learning and development strategies.
Partner within organization to assess customer and business needs, create development solutions and represent Organizational Learning & Development team on new product launches, service enhancements, professional development projects.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Education or related field &/or 3 years adult educational experience in adult learning style and/or wireless experience preferred.
Excellent communications skills and an ability to influence employees at all levels of the organization.
Instructional Design experience preferred.
Strong skills with Microsoft Office, in particular Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
Experience with enterprise learning systems.
