We are a growing organizatio! n that has a need for an experienced sales professional with strong Account Management and New Business Development experience within the Healthcare staffing industry.
This newly developed position will report directly to the Regional Vice President and partner in growing the existing client base and developing new business. The Account Manager will interface regularly with healthcare facility based leadership to ensure client satisfaction and be the liaison with our clients and Parallon's staffing operations.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years recent experience working in an Account Management type position with outside sales skills within the Healthcare staffing field, bachelors degree in business or related and outstanding communication skills.

Requirements
- High School Diploma and/or GED required; Bachelors preferred
- Current 3-5 years working in an Account Management type position within the Healthcare staffing field
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Utilizes excellent customer service skills at all times
- Ability to multi-task and work well within a team environment
- Experience using office productivity software tools like Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook
