Prepare hot food products for breakfast, lunch, and dinner by carefully following recipes, accurately measuring all ingredients and employing quality food ! preparation and presentation techniques.

Qualifications and Skills:
Must be able to lift 50 pounds and able to stand for long periods of time.

Must be team oriented and display a positive job attitude.

Must be able to work in a high volume operation while maintaining quality standards.

Able to handle multiple tasks at one time.

Ability to complete Food Protection Course.

Previous cooking experience preferred.

Able to adapt to new situations and changes in routines.

Must be able to move ahead on your own initiative, initiate actions and find workable solutions to problems.

Excellent attendance is essential.

Ability to budget time wisely.

Essential Functions:
Monitors and maintains efficient flow of hot food items to the cashiers.

Properly covers, labels, dates, and stores all food products.

Properly rotates all food products (First in Fir! st out rule).

Work with management and lead personnel! to adjust production as necessary.

Correctly follows food production and sanitation standards and techniques. This includes but is not limited to adhering to time and temperature principles, properly following cleaning, sanitizing, and maintenance procedures for surfaces, walls, storage areas, etc.

Assists in the production of cold food preparation as needed.

Monitors food temperatures and records them.

Familiar with HACCP program (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point).

Perform other duties as requested (this may include cashier duties when needed).

Maintain good attendance.

Set-up/breakdown of entire cook's area.
