PromoWorks is currently seeking an Area Manager to manage and provide frontline in-market support to the Northeast geography of the PromoWorks footprint. This full-time position managing 5-10 direct reports. This staff ensures each event is staffed with the appropriate talent and evaluates the quality and execution of the events to meet the client's needs.
This position reports to the Director of Field Operations.
Recruit and develop staff of 5-10 direct reports
Del! ivery of execution in a specific market including staff and qu! ality
Develop client relationships to include face-to-face meetings with store/premise managers
Manage the metrics of projects, staffing, execution, auditing and growth throughout the area
Timely completion of reports as requested by senior management
Identify and escalate staffing requirements
Implementation of PromoWorks policies and procedures
Expense Control
Education/ Experience :
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related experience
3-5 years of front line management experience in operations
management and field marketing
Intermediate to advanced computer skills with Microsoft Office
Suite of products.
General Competencies:
CPG or retail industry experience a plus
Excellent presentation and training skills
Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
Conflict management and negotiation skills
Travel Requirements:
Up to 50% travel required to visit ev! ents
