Office Administrator/Sales Management Administrator

Location: Richm! ond Virginia

Description: Worldstrides is at present looking to employ Office Administrator/Sales Management Administrator right now, this position will be placed in Virginia. For detail informations about this position opportunity kindly read the description below. Objective:
This role has two areas of focus: general office support for the Richmond office and team support for the sales teams.

General office support entails effectively management of the day-to-day operation of all aspects of building including reception, mail, supplies management, coordination with building management and coordination with headquarters.

Team support centers on providing analytical, technical and administrative support for Educatio! nal Sales in order to assist with the successful management of! the sales function. Serve as a resource regarding the mechanics of processing a sale, generating reports and analyzing sales data. Function as a contributing member of the Sales Team through effective communication and assisting others as needed. Perform all duties of the job with a high degree of confidentiality, discretion, proactiveness and professionalism.

Qualifications:
Required:
Strong interpersonal skills in order to assist with sales training and communication within the department and the company

Excellent analytical skills --Proven ability to quickly learn new software at an advanced level and create reports in order to help analyze information

Ability to perform key functions autonomously

Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

A high level of attention to detail

Excellent organizational skills

Two years experience in a busy office environment

Ability to process p! aperwork, type and work effectively in an office environment.

Efficient, timely and accurate completion of key tasks

Strong verbal communication skills, both in person and over the phone

Ability to visually proof documents

High School Degree or equivalent. Four year bachelor degree is preferred.

Excellent Computer Skills (Particularly Microsoft Excel and prior experience with Maximizer a plus)

Essential Functions:
Maintain/order office supplies for location

Assist with sales database management, providing data and reports to assist directors in managing sales.

Administrative support of sales contests

Assist the sales leadership as requested

Act as a resource for sales staff, as well as to other departments and customers (Account Managers, Program Leaders etc)

Order supplies for office kitchens and order/stock beverages.

Order shipping supplies, toner for co! piers and colored paper.

As required, order food for meetings/! office events

Place service calls on all office equipment.

Act as liaison between WorldStrides and property managers/building maintenance staff and other vendors.

Run occasional office errands.

Convey all bills to HQ accounts payable for processing

Administer the Back-to-Sales process and account distribution

Sort/distribute incoming mail.

Update mail boxes in mailroom.

Sales meeting logistics: Scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms, arranging meeting meals

Database management for assigned lead

Standard Department Member Responsibilities:
Facilitate and/or perform training of staff members as requested. Update a training manual covering all functions of area of expertise.

Track days off; write and deliver self-performance appraisal to the SVP of Sales on an annual basis.

Maintain knowledge of company policies and procedures so as to serve as a! n effective staff member.

Support company policies and management decisions with a sense of urgency and professionalism.

Seek out and participate in internal and external programs that facilitate personal and professional growth.

Foster communication within the department, with other departments and with management.

Identify and discuss personal and professional growth goals with the SVP of Sales.
