Candidate should have a mechanical or electrical engineering or computer science degree and significant patent prosecution and counseling experience. Experience in patent litigation is a plus. Patent group handles prosecution and litigation and provides advice about disputes involving the protection or enforcement of rights in patents, trademarks, copyrights, confidential information and trade secrets.
