Construction Project Manager..C-IV

Description: KCI Technologies is hiring Construction Project Manager..C-IV right now, this occupation will be assigned in Virginia. For detail informations about this occupation opportunity please give attention to these descriptions. CMs will function in an Agency role and be responsible for oversight of project schedule and budget as well as quality assurance of contractors work. CM will be re! quired to prepare and analyze schedules, prepare cost estimates and negotiate change orders, maintain document control, solve construction problems in the field, and establish an effective working relationship with clients, contractors, and designers.
Experience
Agency CM experience preferred. CCM a plus. Experience with MEP and architectural reviews, building construction and renovations. Experience with Expedition/Contract Manager, P3/Suretrack, or comparable systems desired.
Higher Education, Federal/Government, Facilities and Municipal project experience is as agency CM is preferred.
Skills
Knowledge of the construction process, particularly in MEP/mechanical and electrical construction. Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications. Familiarity with CPM scheduling and standard scheduling software. Familiarity with cost estimating and standard estimating software. Ability to manage budgets. Familiarity with establishing and ma! intaining document control on a construction project and use o! f document control software. Ability to use a computer and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong writing and speaking skills. Ability to work with and establish relationships with clients, contractors, and design engineers.
Degrees / Licenses
(R)equired รข€" (P)referred
Bachelors degree in Engineering(Mechanical preferred) Architecture or related Engineering degree from an accredited university preferred
Registrations or Certifications preferred; CCM, PE, PMP, any of these would be a plus.
