Primarily responsible for all sales activities related to products offered by Spireon, Inc., from lead generation through close, in the specified territory. This will be accomplished by ! utilizing excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs, as well as team members, and by developing and implementing agreed upon Marketing Plan which will meet both personal and business goals of expanding customer base in the marketing area. Sales representative will work within the Spireon, Inc. sales and support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with company vision and values and to ensure all sales agreements or proposed agreements conform to company rates, rules, and regulations by performing the following duties
Responsibilities:
1. Effectively presents and sells company products and services to current and potential clients within the specified territory.
2. Documents sales interactions with prospects and customers through web-based proprietary software and spreadsheet applications.
3. Prepares action plans and schedules to identify specifi! c targets and to project the number of contacts to be made dai! ly, weekly and monthly.
4. Performs timely follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
5. Identifies sales prospects and contacts these and other accounts as assigned.
6. Prepares presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
7. Establishes and maintains current client and potential client relationships.
8. Manages account services through quality checks and other follow-up.
9. Identifies and resolves client concerns.
10. Prepares a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
11. Maintains a high level of knowledge relating to current products and features.
12. Communicates new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.
13. Participates in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing event 14. P! rovides Follow-up, as necessary, for collection of payment.
Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
1. Must have a good working knowledge of all products and services offered for sale by the Company.
2. Ability to understand quality standards, methods and reporting as required.
3. Ability to speak, read, and write fluent, grammatically correct English, at a level suitable for communicating with the contacts for this position.
4. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent.
5. With minimal supervision, demonstrate the ability to solve practical problems, interpret, resolving problems and issues using a variety of instructions or guides furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
6. Ability to persuade and influence others.
7. Ability to develop and deliver presentations! .
8. Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques. !
9. Must be experienced in basic personal computer operation and capable of effectively using standard Windows applications (spreadsheet, word processing, internet, e-mail).

3. A clean driving record (Class B license in good standing, no DUI or felony driving offenses in past 5 years) is required for this position.
