Have you proven to be an outstanding leader? Do you want ! to bring

opportunity you are searching for! Must have direct related
experience in an equitable establishment. Be a team leader and lead
by example. Excellent time-management and cost-control. Achieve
consistently high guest service feedback scores. Work any shift any
day including holidays. Resolve problems and conflicts in an
appropriate manner. Provide exceptional customer service as well as
continuous staff training. Follow budget guidelines carefully. Excellent verbal and written communication. 100% follow-up. Manage
the Front Office including: Front Desk, Ideal Services and Guest
Services. Requirements Ideal candidate must have at least 2 years experience in Front Office management in a similar size upscale hotel. Individual must be able to work in fast pace environment and multitask. Able to train, develop and lead a team to success. Computer literate and de! tail orientated a must. Must possess good written and verbal c! ommunication skills as well as organizational skills. Flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays. Epitome, Kronos knowledge desirable.
