Who makes a great Sales Consultant for DTS: Must have LTL industry experience as many of our Sales Consultants (SC s) worked for LTL carriers in the past. Must have the industry knowledge in understanding the various classes of freight - NMFC.
Individuals who essentially want to work for themselves on their own schedule. You can work part time or full time the choice is yours. Perfect fit for a Sales Professional that has a few accounts that need to be taken off. People who have a strong desire to make money, have stron! g relationships with their clients, and have a high degree of ! integrity.

Excellent carrier relationships with long tenure. We pay our carrier invoices timely mission critical for any 3PL.
Our TMS is 100% transparent meaning you see the actual costs we pay our carriers. No fees at all to use our TMS or client services teams. We let you decide on the appropriate margins to charge your clients you bring on board. We have the best client services team in the industry, period!
Compensation is based on what you do----You can make a little or you can make a lot .the choice is up to you. We have plenty of SC s that make over! $100,000 a year and a group that makes over $250,000 consistently. If you only want to bring over a few accounts and do this part time, we are ok with that. Bi-weekly commissions paid.
