Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Associate’s Degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school or equivalent experience.
1 to 3 years of experience preferred in a water/wastewater and/or Industrial facility
Knowledge of the methods, materials, equipment and instruments used in the maintenance, repair and calibration of electrical and electronic control systems
Knowledge of the principle and practices of an effective control system preventive maintenance program, safe work practices, and related state and federal laws and regulations
Knowledge of electrical systems, ability to read schematics, and ability to use multimeters to test and troubleshoot electrical systems from 4-12 mA to 600 volt.
U! nderstand and be trained in safety requirements related to wor! king on electrical systems.
Be able to work along side and be trained by a highly qualified Instrument and Control Technician.
