Direct Mail Solutions is currently seeking an individual to join their team as an Account Manager in our Client Services Department. As one of the fastest growing direct mail companies in the country, with a roster spanning from New York to Los Angeles, we are seeking applicants with a professional attitude who are looking for a career.
The core responsibilities include: Multi-tasking to meet deadlines for numerous projects consistently. Read measurements and specs for each order and approve final documents. Interact with all departments and communicate effectively in order to complete orders on time.
The requirements include: Must be able to read measurements accurately. At least 3 years of work experience, preferably in the marketing, printing or direct mail industries. Profi! cient in MS Office; specifically Excel. Intuitive, detail orie! nted, strong written skills and ability to solve problems for clients.
