The position is located in Richmond, VA. The ideal candidate will observe, assist and receive training in a broad range of activities in the Regional unit of the Research Department. Activities will include updating reports and publications on the Fifth District to reflect current economic conditions, as well as provide assistance with new or ongoing projects that focus on the region's economy.
This is a part time position (no benefits) that typically will begin in May or June and end in August based on the student availability. Applicants must be available for either telephone or on-site interviews in February and March. Hiring decisions will be made by late March or early April. The work schedule for the position will average 35 - 40 hours per week; however, flexibility to alter work schedule, as needed, is required. !
