THIS IS A PART TIME ROLE. CANDIDATES NEED TO BE ABLE TO WORK 4-5 HOURS A DAY FOR 5 DAYS A W! EEK - NO EXCEPTIONS. Candidates MUST be able to complete an assignment through EOY 2013. Extension past this time is possible but not guaranteed. No OT, No Travel required. All work to be performed onsite in Richmond.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
TRAVEL: Travel arrangements for Richmond PR personnel; Expense reports associated with travel.
ADMINISTRATIVE: Typing up chart pages/data entry; Obtain feedback from customers about experiences in using PR via standard forms.
SCHEDULING: Maintain calendar of all PR activities taking place in Richmond facility.
HOME CONNECTION: research, ideation and/or meeting; Focus Group Rooms; Sensory Lab; Additional spaces, as required by specific research; Firethought Igniters; Revelation; Set up research meetings invite key participants; Will need to ensure that more than one activity involving employee recruit is not taking place the same day; Determine needs of individual calling to reserve a! space and notify the team about an incoming project or refer ! to the right PR teammate or Revelation.
RESERVATIONS: Manage/approve use of Home Connection within Reserve system; Reserve Focus Group rooms, as needed.
CONSUMER RECRUITING: Develop relationship with Martin Focus Groups for local recruiting needs; Request SOW for each recruiting request; Create and manage POs based on SOW received; obtain appropriate billing code for project. Work to tag POs as Pay immediately upon receipt for recruiting costs; Develop screeners for recruit.
CONDUCTING CONSUMER STUDIES: Order food/refreshments as needed; Order and/or purchase additional supplies, as needed; Work with hostess from Martin Focus Groups as needed; Greet and escort outside consumers to study areas; Notify security of parking reservation needs; Provide consumer names to security to facilitate check-in; Ensure room(s) are properly set-up for the planned activities, with necessary supplies; Work with PR team in continuing to develop the right furnis! hings and stimuli for effective research and ideation; Assist with conducting studies, especially sensory studies; Label samples/sample containers; Sign-in participants, dispense samples, set-up/clean-up; Assist with recording/streaming/archiving of focus group activities; Work with 3rd-party vendors to ensure their requirements are met; Send out invites/recruit emails for focus groups, sensory studies.
DOCUMENT MAINTENANCE: Maintain repository for all confidential/personal information documents from studies; Sign-in sheets and Consent forms from Internal Product Tests; Permission to Record and Confidentiality forms from outside consumers; Tracking/ensuring that final AE reports are submitted following Internal Product Tests; Manage, update and maintain the PR on-line sites; Help establish a PR war room/huddle room in Richmond.
SPECIAL PRODUCT RESEARCH EVENTS: Lead the design of the logistics for these large scale meetings.
RICHMOND TRAINING ACT! IVITIES: Work with requestor to: Reserve room(s), Order food/refres! hments as needed; have billed to appropriate project/franchise, Ensure proper set-up of room, with appropriate supplies.
GCA ACTIVITIES: Work with GCA for room set-up; Notify GCA when spaces need cleaning following room use.
LEGAL DOCUMENTS: Assist with obtaining CDAs, MSAs, etc. with vendors. Maintain listing of existing agreements and expiration dates, FCPA paperwork-computer system management. Ensure invoices are sent to the appropriate location and work as needed with vendor around timing.
PRODUCTS RESEARCH TEAM: Attend team meetings and assist on developing documents as necessary for team development; Help develop lists of accomplishments and support budget planning as necessary.
STRETCH GOAL / RESPONSIBILITY: Learn Compusense programming; Screener, basic survey design; Innovation AL; The Home Connection training; GIL study entries and tracking.
