Position Title: Tower Crew Lead
Market Location: National Project 100 plus markets

Job Information:
The ideal candidate will have minimum 3 years experience with tower climbing, and 2 to 3 years experience as Lead or Foreman level with supervisory experience. Leads will be required to supervise and perform safety checks on scheduled basis as required.
Tower Crew Lead Foreman
Serve as the single point of contact for the tower crew
Supervise the daily operations of the crew at the assigned site in the installation of antennas, transmission line including foam or air dielectric coaxial cable, hybrid cable (fiber and DC), connectors, TMAs, diplexers, and jumpers
Responsible for site safety including crew training and certification records
! Schedule and manage material delivery
Maintain daily ! paperwork required for the site and the crew
Understand site plans, construction drawings and scopes of work
Implement job instructions provided by the Project Manager
Ensure safety and quality control requirements of the site work
Complete site closeout documentation
Maintain equipment and vehicles in operational conditions at all times
Perform daily safety briefings with the crew
Supervise site testing and troubleshooting
Minimum Qualifications
Good physical condition
Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Willing to travel
High school diploma or GED
Able to pass drug and background check
Possess a valid US driver's license
Three years of tower climbing experience
Current Advanced Tower Climbing Safety and Rescue Certification including OSHA training requirements
CPR/First Aid Certified
Sweep and PIM testing! Certified
Basic computer skills
