Location: Richmond, Virginia

Description: Cognizant System is currently interviewing Senior Genesys Developer right now, this position will be placed in Virginia. Further informations about this position opportunity please read the description below. Cognizant Technology Solutions is looking for a Senior Genesys Developer for an immediate need. The candidate should be open for relocation across US. The candidate should have good expe! rience in Genesys 7.x. This is a client facing role and the candidate should be well versed in genesys voice portal and routing.

Location: Richmond, VA

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Genesys 7.x and 8.x
• Experience in Genesys CTI
• Experience in Genesys voice portal and routing
• Good experience in GVP and Siebel integration
• Experience in Avaya integration will be an advantage
• Hands on experience in MSSQL

Preferred Skills

• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Analytical and problem solving skills for design of programs
• Demonstrated experience in resolving production support problems
