Description: Verizon is presently looking of Supv-Tech Cust Svc right now, this position will be settled in Virginia. Further informations about this position opportunity kindly read the description below. Responsibilities

This position is for Supervisor-Dispatch Resource Center for the Potomac DRC, supervising a team that will provide support for day-to-day center operations. This position's responsib! ilities will include, but are not limited to managing of:

Process Review & Documentation Review current processes for updating and document new processes for the Potomac DRC

Field Assist-Day to Day inbound calls internally from technicians, various departments and external customer for dispatch assistance

Training - BCOC, Safety, systems and process coverage

Compliance - DRC Absence, ACD monitoring, providing reports on Absence and from ACD system

Qualifications

Customer Contact Experience

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Excellent PC skills using Microsoft Office.

In-depth experience and knowledge of the following Verizon Systems: WFA-DO, VZOT, vRepair

Knowledge of I&M for copper and FIOS

Demonstrated ability to analyze complex issues and identify process improvements for formal documentation.

Ability to work independently and effectively with minimal! supervision, make sound recommendations and decisions that ha! ve direct impact on the corporate and organizations objectives.

Strong leadership and supervisory skills, communications oral and written, organizing, planning, coaching and problem solving skills are a must.

Ability to interact with various levels of management, various departments and with internal and external customers
